Can anyone confirm that they have successfully uploaded a new tune to a 2015-16-17 TB Storm (or knows how to identify the new/locked ECU)?

Thanks Ed. I am quite happy with the short TORs and personally prefer the look with the shorter pipes vs. long stock. The TORs tune works quite well, but still wanted to see if I can improve on it.

I have a 2015 Commander and want to change the exhaust. IS there a tune I can download for it?

Pretty sure you do NOT want to do that. At some point triumph has changed the ECU's on the Tbird line and i believe your '15 is included because i think the commander and LT's debuted with the new ECU. This ECU is designed to lock up if you try and load a tune with tuneecu. If you lock it, it's done for and you need to buy a new one at the tidy sum of about $1000. I think it's a bit more. Anyways, what you wanna do first is verify your bike has the locked ecu, as i'm not 100% sure. Then if so, just have your dealer load the TORs tune for you. If you but the exhaust from them i'm sure they'd load it w/o charge. If not i can't imagine them charging much for a 5 minute job. If they do tell them the next triumph you buy will be from a different dealer.
