What happened to your missing cover? did it fly off, if so there is a little fix on the forum for it
If Ya gotta buy some new ones then get some chrome ones. they are about half the price of a painted one.

Rang the dealer this morning and they wanted ??198.
So checked online and a pair of the chrome ones are ??78 but I think there is enough chrome on the bike already. Probably have to buy the chrome ones and get them painted.

Yeah, I noticed that when speccing my bike. Wierd, isn't it. I hear what you say about enough chrome, but I expect it'll be plastic chrome so less of a faff than the real thing - someone here will know for sure. Thing is, it'll look nice and maybe you'll feel like you got something of an upgrade for the (lesser) expense you had to go to. Just a thought.
