Hi All,

I traded my beloved Thunderbird in for something that can take the 300-400 miles a week in all weathers. Was very sorry to see it go.

However due to this I have a few bits that I'd like to offer to you guys before they go on Ebay.

I have:

Clutch Cover Black - No damage

Alternator Cover Black - Some scratches

Pulley Cover Black - Some chips/scratches

Covers were bought from SimonHarris on here before my change of plans: Would like to see ??150 for the three, which is what I paid.

I also have a Triumph Medallion: ??10

And something special - A Swiss Ammo Pouch (Like Birdy68's) dated 1931! looks great mounted on the throttle body - Serious Offers

I also have a set of Triumph 'Wide' bars in the shed: ??50 ono

All items can be shipped - I'd prefer the covers picked up (or meet you halfway) but can also ship these at your cost.

All the best,

JT

What bike did you change for?

I have gone to the 'Dark Side' and picked up the new BMW R1200GS on Saturday - Cracking bike - though people don't come up to me talk about it, and the only bikers that now wave or nod are the Met' Police riders.

Don't forget the moped riders, they'll wave at a BMW about 50% of the time.

JT,
I sent you a PM and I'm sure it's gone but do you or anyone else know about this medallion / badge. I may be needing two for a project I'm working on.

Jango, it's a stock part from Triumph. Part No. A9738114.

Eddie,
I have also placed one just below the speedo. Gets rid of the ugly allen key head.

It's ok Rob...... An Alley key is a lot easier than the surgery those Queenslanders require to have their second head removed

Smitty,
As I have said before , I just love the sound of banjos that you hear when you go over the border.
If you look close at Leethal you can just see the scar on his neck where he had his second head removed.
He reckons his THIRD head is still there but I think they used his foreskin to upholster his bike seat !
