I was at work yesterday when the Service Manager from EuroSports called me. Before I picked up the phone, I thought that there must be a recall for my Thunderbird. I was very surprised when he asked me how my bags were holding up. That were just replaced under warranty, right before I put it away for winter. I told him that just sitting in the garage for a couple months they already started to sag.

He told me they just got a bulletin from Triumph and that they came out with an updated bag and he thought of me. He has ordered the new set for me, and they will be replaced under warranty again.

I was planning to take my bags to a shoe or leather shop and have them stitched up to the stiffeners. Now I don't have to go through all that. And I would have never known about the new bags.

I can't say enough about how well I have been treated at EuroSports. After buying two Triumphs, Parts, and Services there I believe that if I ever decide to get another bike it will be from them. Before the two Triumphs, I went though 3 Harley's and was never treated like I am now. A person instead of a number.

I do know that sometimes I can get a little better deal on parts on the internet, but I would rather pay a little more to keep an honest and helpful dealership around.

Great service, from what sounds like a great dealer. Is that dealer on Rt. 309 just south of the Burger King? I used to live in Allentown just north of Coopersburg. I didn't ride a Triumph back then, but I think I know of the place you are talking about.

I was only there a few times. I bought a brake caliper bracket from them for my old Honda CB1. I remember the parts guy telling me it was the last one in the U.S. inventory, and did I want it, and me frantically telling him to hurry up and order it. lol
