Seems like a very cool concept, though hard to demo, so hard to tell what kind of image you REALLY have in real world usage. If it's as good as everyone says, it might be worth the large scratch you have to lay out to get one.

Seems pretty cool. Might be a bit challenging with a passenger.

Never thought about that. Every time you looked at the mirror, you'd get a view of the inside of your passengers nose!

It's about what I intended to shell out for a new Arai. If it is as comfortable/balanced as an Arai or a Shoei... I might actually consider one.

That looks interesting it would be good to get more feedback from people who have bought one. That spot directly behind us is always a guess.
The positioning of the mirror at the front may also act as a bit of a sun visor too. That is the biggest thing I miss from my old dirt riding days - I had a great visor on my old jet style helmet, which did great service at keeping the low sun out of my eyes; not easy now that I am using full face and chin lift-up styles, both Shark. Although I use the inbuilt drop down visor on both as a sun visor with limited success.

Nothing is a subsitute for a good old fassioned shoulder look. But for keeping track off traffic behind you with a glance is very good IMHO.
Im thinking about getting one of these Link Looks like a fantastic safty feature
