Part number is A9718018

I managed to install the foot pegs, nthemgear lever but I just can pull of the brake pedal. I even yanked a screwdriver in it but I could not.

Anyone who has done it? Help would be appreciated

Cheers

I had trouble getting the old one off and ended up cutting it off as I was afraid I'd scratch the chrome trying to pry it off with a screwdriver.

Squirt some WD40 into the base of the old pedal. Using a electrical taped screw driver work the rubber and screw driver back and forth, while pulling toward your self. Takes a bit of time and patience but it will come off. If you not interested in saving the old unit, cut it away with a razor knife from the bottom. You only have to split it 3/4 of the wat thru.

The reason the pedal is so difficult to remove is; it has reversed points to hold the rubber footrest securely in place.

So the short one just slides on. I looked at the chromeline long brake pad (A9758148). This is supposed to go on with 3 bolts but the stock brake lever has no holes. I found something that said this pad needs an accessory brake lever but couldn't find that anywhere. I want a bigger brake pad. Any suggestions?

PS: It looks like the accessory brake lever is the one that comes with the accessory foot controls kit for the floorboards.
