Just got the Roadster windshield installed on my 13 T bird Storm. Works great. The screen is compatible with the T bird mounting bracket with minor mod to lower peg. It has to be moved upward. It looks good and works well for a 5' 9" guy like me.

Supposedly Triumph is coming out with a windshield for the storm. Could this just be a modified mounting bracket with the R3 screen?

If i'm not mistaken, the SE model comes with the Roadster wind screen as part of the package. So look at a pic of an SE model and you'll see it.I think Redbird2010 has a picture of his in the avatar space.I can't post mine cause I changed it for a larger wind screen from C Bailey. Dave!!!

I will have to see if I have any good pictures of the front of my bike, the avatar shows it too.

Here's one I found, most of my pictures don't show the windshield very well/

Also keep in mind that Cee Baileys makes after-market screens that bolt directly to the Thunderbird quick release brackets: Link
They don't show one yet with a cut-out for the Storm's double headlight, but you might call them - I know they will do custom heights and maybe they'll work with someone to do a screen for the Storm.

So what modifications were made? How does it fit with the dual headlights? I too would like to see a pic.

Rocket III roadster has dual head lights which is why this shield works good on the Storm. The T bird windshield bracket is used. The location of the bottom mounting pin has to be relocated up a few inches. Also the Roadster wind shield can be moved up or down on the mounting pins to adjust for height. The weather her in East Tennesse has been atrocious so I have not been able to get out where I can take pics. I will asap.

My misunderstanding. You said "roadster" screen, and assumed you meant the thunderbird roadster screen, not the r3 version. Being how I have the tbird roadster screen, and I just converted to dual headlamps, I was very curious to see how you were able to make the tbird screen work with duals. I am looking forward to seeing your r3 screen pics.

The bags in my photo avatar are Givi E21 hard bags. I don't use them now, I have gone to the Hardstreet Slimbags. The Givi bags worked great, I just didn't care for the "vertical" bag look. I used easy brackets on both.

Can you share any more info on this? Have been taking a beating on longer trips on my Storm, and so far only have the Dart screen, which nicely deflects the air flow directly to my face:) if they are coming out with some Storm friendly screens, that is great news!

I would love to show pics but right now I dont even have the motorcycle. Its in the shop since last Tuesday. Seems it's blowing a starter fuse and wont start. Whenever I get it back Im gonna get some pics on here. In short, the stock T bird windshied mount is used. the lower mounting stud has to be moved up a few inches to accomodate the brackets on the Rocket III Roadster windshield. Once its on, the Roadster shield will actually slide up and down for height adjustment. Of course since both the Rocket Roadster and the T bird STORM have dual lights it works great. I wish mine would start! Any ideas on that?

That starter issue sounds odd. Have they figured it out?
