I am wondering if I can get my hands on those quick detach HD brackets. Post states they are 49mm. Would they fit the forks? The setup looks like exactly what I want to accomplish.

I am going to see if the hardware from the old screen will bolt up to the brackets on the new screen and try to install. Will provide details after it arrives around the 18th.
