I've done a bit of searching and have yet to find a set of after market (non-Triumph brand) floor boards.

Anyone have any insight on the matter? Thanks.

I notice when I arrive at a typical rally all of the HD riders bow down down out of respect. My friend (an HD rider) says that I'm mistaken and that the HD guys are bending over to pick up rocks to throw at me. Thankfully, I have yet to be hit by a rock and if need be I can out run them all.

I've found these by Rivco but don't know of anyone who has tried them. They look nice, replace stock pegs, and cost much less than the Triumph accessory boards. I may give them a try and be the guinea pig for the forum.

They look good but it is a complete kit or like triumph is a half kit that still needs a mounting accessory kit?

Mick . . . Keep the rubber side down!!

I don't think there is anything else needed. They just replace your stock pegs with a 5X8 floorboard. I'll probably just get the rider boards first and see what I think.

Thanks for the link!

I will need to do some math to see if it is worth it, but I'm sure it is. I get %10 off Triumph accessories, free install or free shipping to me from the dealership where I bought the T-Bird.

Triumph Brand Accessories:
Rider Boards = $229 + $189 "kit".
Pass Boards = #209 + $179 "kit".

X .9 (-%10) = $725 appx shipped to me.

RIVCO Brand Accessories:
Rider Boards = $229, no "kit" needed
Pass Boards = $229, no "kit" needed

add $20 shipping = appx $480 shipped to me

The big question is do I ***REALLY*** need the Triumph mounting kit for the floor boards or can they be mounted without??? I do not want the heel shift level so if that is the biggest selling point for the floor boards then forget it.

I think the rivcos are $289 a set and I wonder if the
Passengers are ajustable? And to answer your question
About the triumph boards you must put on the mounting
Kit for them to work can't mount them without it!
It's the triumph way

currently on a slow Harley but will have another Triumph eventually

The Classic floorboards are $229.95 a set, the more fancy chromed out floorboards are $289.95, I'm already going to skuff up the chrome as it is on the floorboards so no need to spend extra. I'm thinking more function over form at this point in time.

RIVCO has two options, A billet option ($272.55) and a Chrome steel option ($216) The steel has a full rubber foot pad. I just got some in today, they have been long in coming.
For the passenger there is an additional swing arm to bring the board closer or lower. Quite handy.

Hi Eddy... hoping all is well with you and yours. Have you done a test fit of the Rivco rider boards? I'm just curious as to where it's place one's feet compared to Triumph's floorboards. I'm thinking they'd be slightly forward and angled back a bit, any chance you could confirm?
