"Look Im not buying anything ok , nope Im definatly not buying anything , oh ok then jus tthe one thing."

Well I popped in today to just follow my brother while he gets his birthday pressent and to sort his corroded engine covers /sic.

Anyway Pete the boss man says , "Ah Adrian I remember you said you wanted a leather jacket for summer a while back well Ive got just the thing I think you love it."

Well yes I do but Ive spent so much this month on stuff , Im trying to keep the british economy going on my own it seems , I told him ok il have a look but I couldnt even think of getting it before the end of this month but ok lets have a look. So he brings it out , I fell in love but still said well yes I love it but can you keep one for me . He said sure I will do you a deal . He got a good deal from Triumph on the new stock that this jacket is and I can have it for what they got it for plus the vat. Ok I think the jacket looks like one of those £300 quid things they have hangin up so this will be £200 or maybe £250 or somthing . Thats ok Ill wait until the end og the month and get it .

Pete says your a good custumer Il do it for you for £150 . I hand over my card there and then and ride it home. Not everyone cup of tea Im sure but I love it and its perfect for the TBird. Supple leather very soft inner liner that you can take out . I think an absolute bargin.

The Boss GT-8 didnt get thrown in hehehe

That IS a nice jacket!
I looked at it today too!!!

But I just could justify it when there's already 5 jackets hanging in the wardrobe!

I ended up buying a new Visor for my helmet and the Triumph oval Union Jack belt buckle.
Then when coming to pay I was given a T-shirt - the new Tiger T-shirt - free of charge!
Obviously - I'm spending too much there

Shit... I almost went to both Triumph dealers to test-ride the Tiger 800 an 800XC... kinda glad I didn't, because it looks like today was a buying day!

Thats a nice piece of cow. I got the leather ashford jacket and its really comfy. I use it in summer but have just got the Stealth jacket for those 'not so global warming days'.

Today was the first time I have been to the dealers without spending anything - but then I went to Infinity Motorcycles.

Very nice jacket . Seems the salesman's jedi mind tricks were effective! Same thing happened to me, and will happen again, when I went "just to look" at a Vanson jacket.

Nice jacket...wouldn't mind getting one myself. The only problem is that I have to wait till I actually visit the dealer to try one on. It seems the Triumph sizes are a little to "optimistic" for instance their extra large might fit a medium build US dude. I wear a 48 jacket but in the Triumph sized world I need something like a 54 or 56 to get it close...otherwise I'd just order it off the net.
