Well after many months of anticipation I just bought myself a Silver and Black with ABS. Big Bore Kit is on the way. I was back and forth on a Matte Storm or a Silver and I went for the Beauty and elegance of the Silver. Still in the box! I really wanted to get ABS and also I was having my doubts about my continuing passion for the "Black Thing" over years to come. I was also a bit concerned about the Matte Black finish holding it's own over time. I just sold my 2008 Suzuki M50 which had Hard Krome stripper pipes with Black ceramic coated finish and the damn finish got all f*#ked from the rain! I scrubbed and scrubbed but the rusty coloured spots just wouldn't come off. Chrome and stainless have their advantages! I'm going to get BC Hogslayers and maybe swap out the headlight for a dually like the storm. Also looking for some different bars and risers if anyone's got any suggestions? Looking forward to ordering some goodies from the Fast one too! I can't wait to ride my bird into the sunset!! See you on the highway!

Good on you!
Silver?? Aren't there any blue ones available in Canada?
The hogslayers sound awesome and suit the bike lines beautifully.

8track, and welcome.

Well done! Enjoy!
Regarding the Black vs Silver - Well you can always keep 'tweekin' your 'Bird as you go along! I - after 1 1/2 years have now replaced the engine covers with the STORMS Black Powder Coated ones.

Here's a photoshopped image of a silver 'Bird with the STORMS casings:

Enjoy defining your ride - and keep the rubber side down!

Leave the pork pies for now - get the sausage rolls while they're hot!

I fully intended to get a blue one, but there was a silver bird sitting there and that's the one I ended up coming home with. You're gonna love it.
