| | Posted : 12 Mar 2011 - 17:19 Post title : 0-80 fast... | | | Bro and I popped out for a blast today . Quick cheese Omlette and chips at the cafe and a blast up the road then on to watch Battle of LA (good film worth a look).
He was on his z750 today as he couldnt be bothered to take his TBird out so I was on wing on my Bird. Linked up the Sena's for a chat (bloody top gear cant recomend it enough). He said right Im gona rag it a bit to clear the engine. Ok I say see ya there . I kept on his tail 0-80 no problem what so ever. In fact it felt like I held back a bit . He didnt rag it after 80mph but kept the pressure on and I stayed with him up to 120mph . Sure if he had red lined it at 80mph Im sure he would have toasted me to 130mph but hell this bike kicks total arse up to 80mph. Cruiser ? Yeah righto, the Z750 is no slouch as a hybred sports bike and the Bird sat there on its arse to 80 with ease.
Just as a comparison we did this before the BB upgrade as well last year and he steadily pulled away from me then left me for dead . Not this time . Awsome ride . Yeah I was louder as well hehehehe. Oh and cooler and better looking.

Yeah, so you think. I bet when you're off and she knows you won't be over for a while your mum uncovers the beast and rides it like Kenny Roberts on speed.
