California is the only state that allows lane splitting and we all do it. In freeway traffic I will do about 30-35 mph in between cars and I always do it at red lights so I am at the front.

We have cycle boxes marked on the road at lights which is to be kept clear for cycles, but the people on cycles go onto the footpath and round the lights - this leaves them clear for me to nudge to the front and park in them. Well it does have a pic of a two wheeled transport painted on the road

first from the lights every time

My first natural instinct is to breathe. My second is to evade tax's.

I've always thought it was strange that Colorado has no helmet law, but doesn't allow lane-splitting. Go figure...

I was riding in California when they didn't have a helmet law. I would love to have it changed to a 17 and under law, letting adults have the decision to choose. Funny thing is for how strict and totalitarian the state is, we are the only one with lane splitting.

Well, pretty soon California won't be able to afford any cops so anything will go

And getting to the 10th level of "Grand Theft Auto" will be how you get your CA driver's license
