I'm hoping it helps as I find myself holding onto the handlebars tightly so I don't get blown off at 70mph. I think the fairing looks great on the bike & considering getting it. THANKS!

What I can say is that having fitted a small flyscreen i no longer have that 'hang on ' feeling and can now cruise at 90 and above quite comfy.

Its suprising how much buffetting the headlite causes. I was suprised at how much smoother the air flow was . Much more comfortable at 80mph.

+1, install is very easy, i suggest getting a finger wratchet for the install, can be done with a regular wratchet but i found a finger one makes it that much easier, install is about 15 min

| | Posted : 04 Jan 2011 - 19:18 Post title : Re: Questions regarding factory fairing (Re: TVL65) | | | if you want a bit more of a sporty look go for the hps tourer, see my album, first time i put it on i went for a blast with a mate on his ktm 990. he seemed to be lagging back a bit on the old A1, which was unusual so when we got to the cafe i asked him if his bike was ok ( new and just run in) he said "did you know what speed you were doing...." nuff to say mine made a huge difference
i didnt want the cruiser look ( bit like a brick in the wind) but wanted a tad more than the flyscreen, not to every ones taste though, just those who are discerning
