| | Posted : 24 Dec 2010 - 00:44 Post title : lucky kid | | | happened a couple of days ago here in the Phoenix area. A 19 year old kid was clocked at 157 mph in a 45 mph zone. By the time the pursuing cops caught up with him, he was going zero having lost it on a curve and wrapped it around a tree (or power pole, I forget which). He survived, but I'm thinkin he's gonna be really sore, and the judge isn't gonna be really friendly to him. He was Riding a Yamaha. Yes alcohol was involved (of course it was, he's 19 years old). Ah the indestructive-ness of being 19, where does it go?

we were trundling along a country lane which had a nice straight stretch and a yam wheelied past - at a really silly speed
a few miles on there he was
a middle aged dawk being adressed by a man in blue
get a track day.
