My question, whether I have to drain all the oil before removing the galley plugs or can they be removed with the bike full of oil? Thanks.

The LHS side one might have a little behind it as its leaning that way on the stand.... but if you hold it the other way for a few seconds you'll probably get rid of that as well...

they are stainless steel (and a soft alloy at that, feels like 303) very easy to polish up. Take them out, put them in the lathe and make them shiny. Use new crush washer or they may/will leak.

I have the allen socket with an extension. Have a couple of breaker bars I hope will get them loose.
