I hear ya.

Years ago there was a local Triumph ride to Laughlin with 7-9 riders on different models. At the time I rode a BA (loved her) and met another guy riding the same...we raced in the desert to our destination. I usually won (jetted carbs) and that was that. Soon afterward he bought one of the first Rockets. Months later I was in the dealership and asked how this guy liked the new power bike. They said he died, overshot a mountain hillside.

On a positive note; I'd respect the beast!

And if this bike becomes a Triumph Reality...it'll be the Big Daddy of cafe' racers (sorry Bonnie and Norton)!

Looks like a seat and a gas tank on top of an ugly engine to me. I like the R-3 but the engine does not look like a mc engine, it looks like an economy car or tractor engine.

This is a little closer though, at least the feet are a bit more forward than the last version. They would have nailed it if the seat were another 4-5 inches lower, and sadly enough, there looks like more than enough room to do that. Obviously there's someone on the design staff who just can't let go of the ass in the air sport bike look... maybe next time.
