Sound is fantastic whithout the removable db-killer which is fixed with a Seeger ring, quiet as it has to be for Europe with the db-killer mounted.

Does anyone know how to buy these in the USA? Their website doesn't show them in the purchase area. Maybe they have a US distributor.

Nope, I'm with you on that one.

I'm sticking w/stock. I like quiet. I like flare. Under my multitec, I can hear each cyl. and not much else. Although weirdly,
I can hear conversation from random pedestrians, sometimes quite loudly. Someone mentioned the smells
of trees, grass, etc. while riding. How about conversation snatches? I couldn't hear that in an automobile. Startling. I think
they are talking to me...or is that megalomania...I forget.

Sebring slip on mounted today, its outstanding quality. The look of these mufflers fit the Tbird a lot better

Great pipes mate. Only just discovered them. Any chance of a sound clip? I love them rear springs to. What kind and size are they. Does she scrape out when 2 up?

Most here that have use the straight thru bypass like that have done it by getting a galvanzied 90 degree elbow at the hardware store for about $8 and cutting it in 1/2. Same result as in your second link but a good bit cheaper. Did that myself but i found myself not enjoying the ride after a while because it's so damn loud like that, Instead i am running a gutted cat. Much quieter but about 20% louder than short tors with a stock cat, and i can use a custom decat tune which gives nice power. But if you can stand loud, then that'll do fine even tho a $8 elbow will do the same thing. That ebay offering will last longer being stainless, but the elbows i would think should last many many years.

Bigbikelupo,

Those Rizoma mirrors you have fitted - do you happen to remember the model number? There are none specifically listed for the Bird on their website - I assume you found a set that fitted....did you HAVE To change grips as well, or just choose to?

Bike is looking sweet!

Mate I don't think bigbikelupo visits this site anymore? He hasn't responded to a PM I sent ages ago in relation to his pipes and shocks. I was looking at another set of Rizoma mirrors but changed my mind real quick when I seen the $400 price tag

Good luck,

Dan

Look at original parts of triumph. there are mirrors in the same size. and original is original or not?
Look at your triumph-dealer, the most of them will be translation some of some mirrors.
They looks really nice, but in germany mirrors must have a spezial size. so i bought the mirrors of the thruxton. They have a very hight quality - top.
