I have a new 2014 Thunderbird LT. It came with the quick disconnect windshield. Every time I hit a small bum, I hear a rattle over the engine sound. I took the windshield off...no rattle. So I know it is the windshield. All screws appear to be tight. Anyone else had this problem and anything you can recommend to reduce the rattle? I have never had a windshield on other bikes do this.

Did you check the hardware that holds the windscreen on to the bike???

No worries, you're under warranty. I'd take it back to the dealer, (nicely) complain and be persistent.
