Would like to find something or maybe even fab something for the wife for longer trips on the bike. I found a couple sources, one set pretty pricey but made for our bike and seem decent and simple enough. Anyone use these or no of others, or have idea's?

I know. My wife likes the Triumph better than my Victory Cross Country because she said the seat and backrest are more comfortable. Now she is pushing me to sell both and buy a Victory Cross Country Tour after test riding one with me. I told her I would upgrade the Cross Country, but not sell the Triumph. She likes the heated seat option and wrap around backrest on the tour.

I try and keep my wife away from goldwings, she saw one a while back, tried to get me keen but I had one of those deaf episodes.

that new magnum is a nice bike thats for sure, i frankly like my storm and honestly can't afford the magnum so i do what i can. The sissy bar goes on now and again for the odd scoot with the Mrs, and once a year a couple k tour, so if i can make her (keep her) happy LOL than i do what i can.

I am going to a good place right?

What about one of these? Either a) fab some posts/bracket using the existing QR sissy bar bracket, or b) make up a new mount plate with it's own notches to the existing studs for the fender bolts/mounts?

I've been toying with this idea for some time, but got way too many projects going on (like finishing my boat restoration before Memorial Day)!!
