No issues with bolts etc everything seemed to be fine. When i noticed what i had done i put it back the way it should be, but these things lien back a fair ways and if the passenger is not a seasoned rider end up feeling a little exposed back there with nothing to hang on to etc ( am am a smaller guy and sit more forward) has anyone actually turned it around and used the back rest more upright? Was a thought i might try.

My wife noticed that my backrest leaned back further on my bike. I turned it round when I got home and my wife prefers feeling closer to me as she said she felt a bit vulnerable leaning back as far as she did. I asked the dealer if they had fitted it the wrong way round but they said it was correct but a lot of owners turn them round to suit their needs

You can put a large sissy bar bag on there without it leaning way back and sagging.

I found myself with a 60 kg pillion being pushed forward and having no moving room. I am 90 kg so it doesn't take much.
