Help, How do I get the cable plug apart for the back mudguard

Most of these plugs have a little barbed retainer on them, press the barb/hook down and teh plug should just pull apart. Look for a prong that runs through a hole with a barb or hook on it.
A bit like these.

Sorry wrong plug, it's when you sit on your bike the connection is to the rear of the fuse box on the right hand side of the motorcycle.

No problem but it's still the same, just press the little lock down and pull it apart. It looks like it's on the top in picture 2.

Once ya get it apart,and before ya plug it back together,apply alittle die electric grease on the terminals.That will keep any corrosion from forming,keeping the contacts clean, and make it easier to pull it apart the next time around. Dave!!!

For memory you should be able to slide the connector off the "Steel Retaining Mounting" and then roll it over as I think the "Clip Lock " is easier to get at that way.
