Congrats Ivan on your new (Third) ride . A nice new Storm - black with a hint of pink (honestly in the sun there is pink in that black).
With no scratches down the sides

Ride safe mate.

Hehe... actually they've been talking about that over at the Rat ... (not that I go there and tell people to come here ... that would be wrong) But, it's the whole 'chocolate brown' issue they've been discussing. That picture probably shows it more than any other I've seen.

Interesting, as the black on my bird (stock) always showed as having blue hues in it. Now they have the storm black that goes towards brown .... you'd think it would have to be intentional. ( though I do think the whole of Triumph's paint department is manned by folks from Mencap)

Regardless, it's got two wheels and goes like stink (who cares if it has a superfluousness headlamp ) I'm sure Ivan is happy with his new bird .... I christen her ... 'Scaramanga'!

ride well and ride safe Ivan

Nice Ride! I'd ditch that seat and get something like a Corbin, but that's just me. When I got my bird I was deployed and had an idea to black a bunch of stuff out. I sent photoshopped images of a stock bird in my color scheme with bits and pieces colored black so that the dealer could powder coat it and have it ready for me when I got home. A year later the Storm came out with a pretty close paint scheme. Here's a pic of mine shortly after I got it....I'll have new pics up soon when I get my Tbars on Tuesday (along with the other changes I've been talking about on the other threads). Congrats on the new bike. I've been MIA so I didn't know you laid your other down...I might have to dig through the threads and get caught up. I'm glad you're back in the saddle!
Since this pic I've changed the seat, removed the dresser bars and pegs, removed the highway pegs, and changed the turn signals...

Know what... im thinking of getting chrome wheels (my standard ones have had abit of a bashing this winter!) and then thought that I would like to see my blue and white tbird with black wheels. I log on and the first picture i see after the 'pink to make the boys wink black' is a blue (& black) tbird with black wheels!!

Ive been photo shopping the wheels on a pic of a blue and white and came to the same conclusion as the pic that you need the black forks and in my mind centre break discs to set it off as well as the black rear pulley.

Yeh - funny that. I was just saying to Ivan yesterday that I would change for the Storm if they did Blue and white tins - and here it is.

Great looking bike Brack.

Why change... big bore and then do some of the mods, I like the blue and white too much otherwise I would have had a storm last year! This is what i'm going to be doing... its the project this year and the twin light or speedy headlight may be on the agenda too.

Yeh - its what I would like to do. Not keen on the Twin lights - will stick with the Speedy light. Even if I did change to aStorm the lights would be changed, and a bit of colour added.
