Hi all,

I have a Tomtom Rider V2 that I wanted to wire into the bike. My preferred choice would be to wire in to the aux / headlight unit but don't really have a clue what to do. I've seen the post in the tech area re wiring lights but it still confuses me. I have two wire a Red & Black can I attach the red wire to the Blue/orange and splice in the black wire to another ground wire?

Any help here is appreciated since I'm a complete novice with bike and electrics.

I have the same tomtom and have wired it to the park light inside the headlight case. I did have it straight to the battery but it is not switchable from there.

Have you got the powered mount.
