I just noticed somethin. When I typed in my last post, the counter on the side under my name did not change from the previous post I made.I also noticed that if it does change it's only after a number of other posts were entered and then only by one number. So I looked at some of the posts that others had entered and noticed that those numbers weren't changing either. Not that it really makes any difference, just wondering. Dave!!!

I've been experiencing the issue since the server swap a few weeks back. My count is stuck dead at the current number. I've mentioned it to Bedouin but stated it was a low priority issue. Be aware though the post number is a 'live' number and that you'll not see a progressing of that number within a thread. It just gives the total count that user has posted, not a sequential post count (i.e. your first post here won't be '1'. Not meaning to say you don't know if you do... it's just that the second part of your read like perhaps that was what you were expecting, but I might of misunderstood what you were saying.

If ya go back and look at my last few posts, you'll note that the count is the same on each one with no progression as it is on some of the other posts from different guys.As I said,it doesn't really make any difference to me,it was just somethin that I happened to notice.I'm sure there are lot more pressing issues on the site other than some chicken shit thing like this.lol lol So please do not put any priority on it.lol It was merely an FYI. But thank you for the response.Dave!!!

PS.I just noticed that it moved up one number since my last post.I'm now at 1274 where before, and for several previous posts, the count remained the same at 1273.Like I said,no big deal.

That is correct, all posts in a thread should indicate the current total posts number.

@Thatch, we have started tracing your particular issue since yesterday (it's probably tied to the item you mentioned to me in your PM) ... will get back to you.
