There are now TWO guys runnin the CommanderII.The one I mentioned on here and now another gentleman who just pm'd me to say he just had one put on his Bird too.So there's two opinions we're gonna be gettin about this tire as time goes by.The way I look at it,anything's better than what we have right now. These high priced, piss pot poor mileage tires are gonna put us ALL on the poor farm.lol And the best part is,I believe we're gonna discover that the "VR" rated tire is gonna work just as well as the "ZR" rated tire on the Bird, except, tire mileage is gonna atleast,DOUBLE. We'll see!! Dave!!! |

It's ok Dave to mention my name, no court martials |

Court Martial? Dave? In the military? They didn't have the "don't ask, don't tell" policy in his day. If you wore women's underwear you didn't get in. Period!

I too have been lookin at front tire options. The stumbling block here is that no one makes a radial or bias tire in our size,120/70/19,[MR] other then in a "Z " rating, which I don't WANT or NEED.So I'll just keep lookin.Sooner or later,I'll find somethin that tickles my fantasy or,one of the tire manufacturers will come out with a replacement that'll last longer as I 'm sure, they're aware of the piss pot poor mileage problem.Dave!!!
