Okay, here's what you get in the kit...

The bag on the left contains the keys, bobbins and replacement bolts. The bag on the right contains 8 each of the screws, washers and nyloc nuts to attach the panniers to the easy-brackets.

Right side bobbins fitted to the middle and front fender mounting bolts (the inner bobbins are for the OEM backrest which I've removed for clarity)...

Below, the left pannier is attached using the original Triumph brackets whilst the right pannier is attached via the easy-brackets using just the top 2 screws in the original holes. It's so far forward it's actually touching the seat.

Height is pretty much the same but being further forward the right pannier gives the illusion of being higher.

Some more comparison shots...

I drilled new 10mm holes as far forward as possible by marking the hole in a washer that was placed as far forward as it would go in the recess...

Then, with the aid of masking tape, marked the lower holes on the easy-bracket...

Drilled out to 10mm, deburred and touched up with a bit black car spray paint (the rough edges are where the spray paint has reacted slightly with the edge of the plastic coating on the easy-bracket).

Fitted bracket to pannier and it's good to go.

I'll keep an eye out for leaks and seal with silicone-sealant or something later if necessary.

Still an inch or so forward of standard but acceptable I think.

At least it clears the saddle now.

Hope this helps.

Best money I ever spent.
